Mr. Dogan ensures that his assigned hotels meet their financial performance targets and comply with corporate operational standards; represents the management company to the owners and shareholders; and sources new hotel development opportunities for the group. Mr. Dogan is also the general manager of Makati Shangri-La, Manila. He was formerly the regional vice president based in Dalian  and has held several senior management posts at Shangri-La Hotel, Dalian; Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta; and Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort and Spa, Cebu.  Prior to joining Shangri-La in 1997, Mr. Dogan held senior managerial positions at luxury hotels in Spain, Dubai and China before he joined Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
