Mr. Narasimhan is responsible for reviewing and updating the group’s financial information and control systems. Prior to his current position, Mr. Narasimhan was the head of internal audit and the group director of compensation and benefits. Mr. Narasimhan joined the group in 1990 as financial controller of Traders Hotel, Beijing. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
