Mr. Paw is responsible for China inbound and outbound sales and marketing; revenue generation of the China regional sales offices; and successful marketing launches of Shangri-La hotels opening in China. Prior to his current position, Mr. Paw held general manager posts with Shangri-La in Beijing and Xian, China, beginning in 1994.  Previously, he held a variety of operations and food and beverage management positions in 10 years with The Westin Stamford and Westin Plaza in his native Singapore.
