Traders Upper East Hotel, Beijing will open its doors in the third quarter of 2008. Located in the upper east area of the city, in the third embassy district and Beijing’s Central Business District by the 4th Ring Road, it will be the second Traders property to open in Beijing. Just 20 minutes’ drive from Beijing Capital International Airport and 15 minutes from the Olympic Sports Center, the hotel overlooks the greenery of Chaoyang Park.

The 419-room Traders Upper East Hotel will offer spacious guestrooms and suites, 2,000 square metres of meeting and function space, four dining and entertainment outlets, the exclusive Traders Club covering five floors atop the hotel, a business centre, health centre with spa and recreation facilities. Designed by Barcelona-based Ricardo Bofill, the contemporary-style building features four podium floors of glassed-in public space with a high-ceiling lobby offering impressive views of the surrounding landscape.
